§ 1. Kupujący, który wykonuje uprawnienia z tytułu rękojmi, jest obowiązany na koszt sprzedawcy dostarczyć rzecz wadliwą do miejsca oznaczonego w umowie sprzedaży, a gdy takiego miejsca nie określono w umowie – do miejsca, w którym rzecz została wydana kupującemu.
