§ 3. Rzecz sprzedana ma wadę także w razie nieprawidłowego jej zamontowania i uruchomienia, jeżeli czynności te zostały wykonane przez sprzedawcę lub osobę trzecią, za którą sprzedawca ponosi odpowiedzialność, albo przez kupującego, który postąpił według instrukcji otrzymanej od sprzedawcy.
