Art. 505. Nie mogą być umorzone przez potrącenie:

1) wierzytelności nieulegające zajęciu;

2) wierzytelności o dostarczenie środków utrzymania;

3) wierzytelności wynikające z czynów niedozwolonych;

4) wierzytelności, co do których potrącenie jest wyłączone przez przepisy szczególne.
