Art. 454¹. Jeżeli przedsiębiorca jest obowiązany przesłać rzecz konsumentowi do oznaczonego miejsca, miejsce to uważa się za miejsce spełnienia świadczenia. Zastrzeżenie przeciwne jest nieważne.
