Art. 422. Za szkodę odpowiedzialny jest nie tylko ten, kto ją bezpośrednio wyrządził, lecz także ten, kto inną osobę do wyrządzenia szkody nakłonił albo był jej pomocny, jak również ten, kto świadomie skorzystał z wyrządzonej drugiemu szkody.
