Art. 3651. Zobowiązanie bezterminowe o charakterze ciągłym wygasa po wypowiedzeniu przez dłużnika lub wierzyciela z zachowaniem terminów umownych, ustawowych lub zwyczajowych, a w razie braku takich terminów niezwłocznie po wypowiedzeniu.
