Art. 273. Jeżeli użytkowanie gruntu Skarbu Państwa przez rolniczą spółdzielnię produkcyjną wygasło, budynki i inne urządzenia trwale z gruntem związane i stanowiące własność spółdzielni stają się własnością Skarbu Państwa. Spółdzielnia może żądać zapłaty wartości tych budynków i urządzeń w chwili wygaśnięcia użytkowania, chyba że zostały wzniesione wbrew społeczno-gospodarczemu przeznaczeniu gruntu.
