Art. 229.

§ 1. Roszczenia właściciela przeciwko samoistnemu posiadaczowi o wynagrodzenie za korzystanie z rzeczy, o zwrot pożytków lub o zapłatę ich wartości, jak również roszczenia o naprawienie szkody z powodu pogorszenia rzeczy przedawniają się z upływem roku od dnia zwrotu rzeczy. To samo dotyczy roszczeń samoistnego posiadacza przeciwko właścicielowi o zwrot nakładów na rzecz.
