Art. 218.

§ 1. Współwłaściciele, którzy nie otrzymali gospodarstwa rolnego lub jego części, lecz do chwili zniesienia współwłasności w tym gospodarstwie mieszkali, zachowują uprawnienia do dalszego zamieszkiwania, jednakże niedłużej niż przez pięć lat, a gdy w chwili znoszenia współwłasności są małoletni – niedłużej niż pięć lat od osiągnięcia pełnoletności. Ograniczenie terminem powyższym nie dotyczy współwłaścicieli trwale niezdolnych do pracy.

§ 2. Do uprawnień wynikających z przepisów paragrafu poprzedzającego stosuje się odpowiednio przepisy o służebności mieszkania.
