§ 3. Do sprzedaży przez współwłaściciela nieruchomości rolnej w rozumieniu przepisów ustawy z dnia 11 kwietnia 2003 r. o kształtowaniu ustroju rolnego (Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 1653 oraz z 2026 r. poz. 317) udziału we współwłasności lub części tego udziału stosuje się przepisy tej ustawy.
