Art. 158. Umowa zobowiązująca do przeniesienia własności nieruchomości powinna być zawarta w formie aktu notarialnego. To samo dotyczy umowy przenoszącej własność, która zostaje zawarta w celu wykonania istniejącego uprzednio zobowiązania do przeniesienia własności nieruchomości; zobowiązanie powinno być w akcie wymienione.
